After spending only 6 days in Bogotá, across two weekends in 2008, one in July and one in August during my birthday, I decided to move there. After 12 years on Wall Street, I had enough and decided to try something different.
I moved to Bogotá, Colombia in September 2008, and decided that my first business here would be to bring CrossFit to Colombia. And in January 2009, CrossFit Bogotá, the highest CrossFit affiliate on the planet, was born!
I'm a CrossFit Level 1 and Barbell Certified coach. I have been strength training regularly since 1996, and have studied sports nutrition as a hobby.
